Edit cell: it opens the cell settings, where you can edit the properties of the selected cell.
Copy cell: after selecting a cell, you can copy its contents.
Paste cell: after copying the contents of a cell you can paste them to another one.
Copy-style: you can copy one or more styles in a selected cell, and quickly apply them to other blocks. There are 4 copy options:
- Copy all: it copies in one click the whole styles applied to borders, margins and background of the cell
- Only borders: it just copies the borders style of the cell
- Only margins: it just copies the margins style of the cell
- Only background: it just copies the background style of the cell
Paste style: you can quickly paste styles from a cell to another one. Select the cell you would like to edit and click the Paste Style button.
Align Top: the cell content is aligned with the top
Align Center: the cell content is aligned vertically with the center
Align Bottom: the cell content is aligned with the bottom
Flip cells: when two or more cells are located side by side, horizontally or vertically, may be necessary to flip the contents from one to the other one.
- Flip cell right: it inverts the contents with those of the cell on the right side.
- Flip cell left: it inverts the contents with those of the cell on the left side.
- Flip cell above: it inverts the contents with those of the cell above.
- Flip cell below: it inverts the contents with those of the cell below.
Merge cells: it allows to merge the content of a cell to another one.
- Merge cell to the right: combines the contents of the selected cell with the one on the right.
- Merge cell to the left: combines the contents of the selected cell with the one on the left.
- Merge cell above: combines the contents of the selected cell with the one on the above.
- Merge cell below: combines the contents of the selected cell with the one below.
Split cells: you can split two cells have been previously merged.
